Netflix has launched its new streaming show, Better Watch Out, which follows a group of teenagers in the US trying to keep the world from getting too hot in the year 2020.
The show will be available to stream on Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV Stick, Xbox, PlayStation and Amazon Fire Stick as well as select smart TVs and smart devices in select markets on October 1.
Better Watch, which was developed by the New York-based company, will be produced by the company’s new film, Netflix, and will focus on the experiences of two groups of teenagers trying to prevent their world from becoming too hot by keeping them inside as much as possible.
Netflix said that the show will introduce the teens to new friends, as well new gadgets and technologies.
The two-part series will premiere on Netflix on October 21, 2019, followed by an additional episode on October 22.
The show will premiere with an hour-long premiere episode on Tuesday, October 21 at 10:30pm ET, followed immediately by an hour of episode one on Wednesday, October 22 at 9:30am ET.
Netflix will release more details on the new series, which is available to streaming subscribers in the United States and Canada, on Wednesday.
